After you purchase your child's classes below via credit card, you will receive an email with the link to the online release forms that need to be filled out by August 31.
If you would prefer to pay by check/cash, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the day and month(s) your child would like to attend. Your child's spot in class is not guaranteed until payment has been received. If your payment is not received within 5 days of the start of your chosen session, your spot will be given away to a student on the wait list.
REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
Refunds will be given for cancellations made no less than 7 days in advance of the program start-date, minus a 20% administration fee. Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the first day of class results in forfeiture of the registration fee. I understand that if my student misses a class, there are no refunds and the student may not attend another day as a make-up session.
